Going Goes By

The book Going Goes By was initiated by graphic designer Daryl Schiltknecht and visual artist Wassili Widmer and was created using a “walking” concept. The manuscript was passed chronologically from one artistic position to the next. Through this passing on, the book was expanded linearly and gradually formed into a coherent whole. Going Goes By also deals with the topic of “going” in terms of content and shows a positive side of digital globalization, which enables collaborative, artistic creation across national and media borders. It brings together contributions from artists from Germany, Scotland, the USA and India.
