Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay. This acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The goods must be returned to the address specified below for the applicable delivery country:

Registering a return is not a requirement for the validity of a statutory withdrawal. It merely helps us assign the return to the correct warehouse and order.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Additional voluntary 30-day return policy
In addition to statutory rights, we offer consumers in the European Union and Switzerland a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the final item.
For consumers in the European Union, the statutory provisions governing the right of withdrawal apply during the first fourteen days. These statutory rights are not restricted by the voluntary return policy. Returns made between the 15th and 30th day are governed exclusively by the following conditions of the voluntary return policy.
For consumers in Switzerland, the voluntary return policy applies from the 1st to the 30th day after receipt of the goods.
To qualify for a return under the voluntary return policy, the goods must be unused and undamaged. Any labels and the original packaging must still be present. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is also required.
Personalised goods and gift cards are excluded from the voluntary return policy. A price reduction alone does not exclude an item from the voluntary return policy. Statutory withdrawal, warranty and defect rights remain unaffected.
For a return under the voluntary return policy, we will reimburse the purchase price of the properly returned goods using the original payment method. Reimbursement will be made after receipt and inspection of the goods and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the return. Original shipping charges are not reimbursed under the voluntary return policy. You are responsible for the direct return costs. No processing fee is charged.
Please register a voluntary return before sending the goods back by contacting info@vexer.ch or using the “Return items” function in your customer account. Unannounced returns may delay assignment and processing. Registration is only a condition of our voluntary return policy. It does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or statutory defect rights.
Damage, incorrect deliveries and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if the goods are damaged or defective or if you received an incorrect item. Your statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions from the statutory right of withdrawal
In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification made by the consumer, or to goods that are clearly personalised.
In the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal is removed after delivery.
A price reduction or designation as a sale item alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
