The series Kunst und Bau (Art and Building) began in 2014. It gives a platform to selected artistic projects that were realised in connection with architecture or in public space. Although the contexts change, the format always remains the same and consists of a folding booklet and a poster.
The booklet documents a work by Thomas Stricker, which he has been carrying out in the village of Kalkfeld in Namibia since 2007. For a primary school in Kalkfeld township, he is developing a work in the form of a social sculpture that continues to grow as a garden from year to year.
