MAMA – Eine Szene (MUM – A Scene) is the first publication of the eponymously titled stage play by the lyricist, dramatist, narrator and radio playwright Wolfram Lotz, which consists of a monologue by his mother. The whimsical text inspired Josef Felix Müller to create a 16-part photographic series of images entitled BREI, F, which document the disappearance of a face that the artist painted with elderberry puree on a bowl of porridge and ate. Both works are juxtaposed in the publication.
